Bred for sheer companionship, loyalty & empathy
Rizzo safely delivered a litter of 5 x male BieChi pups on the 28th September 2025
BieChi are tiny (av. 2.5kg - 3.5kg) little companion dogs from Biewer Terrier x Chihuahua parents.
There are 3 x pups available from Rizzo's litter. They will be ready to leave me on the 6th December. Details of pups listed below.
If you are interested in one of these pups, please complete my Puppy Application Form so that I can learn all about you and the homelife that you are offering to one of my pups.
These may well be my last BieChi pups as my tiny breed adults are retiring, l do not have any plans to breed BieChi litters during 2026.
Finding the most suitable homes for my pups is my priority.
My BieChi pups have gained in popularity over the past few years as their tiny stature and huge personalities shine through. They have become extremely well loved little companions for all their new owners. You will see some pictures further down this page of some of my older BieChi pups as adults, so you can see what they are going to turn out like when older.

Despite all of the testing that I do, I obviously cannot guarantee that a pup will never go on to develop some illness or life debilitating issue, if only we had crystal balls, but I do my darndest to start out with healthy parents and compatible breeding partners to ensure that my pups are going to be as healthy as they possibly can be. If ever I do have any issues with a pup, no matter how small, I will always be totally transparent and honest and will make new owners/potential new owners aware of the issues so that they can make an informed decision on whether or not to proceed with the purchase, or decide if they prefer to choose a different pup or receive their payment back etc. Depending on what the problem is, I will also tend to it myself prior to the pup leaving me (ie. although rare to come across issues, life is life and sometimes things do happen, so, if a puppy were to develop a hernia, for example, I would have this surgically repaired by my vet, at my expense, before the pup leaves me (and will keep the pup until they are fully recovered) and will also reduce the cost of the pup to reflect this, most "breeders" would just plead ignorant and not tell you about it at all, so that you then have to deal with it yourself when your vet discovers it, or some "breeders" do not even know what a hernia is 🙄 so would miss it anyway (or would ignore the fact that their vet has found it) again, leaving you to deal with the surgery yourself.
I am located in the South West of Scotland within the very beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.
You can watch videos of many of my previous pups if you check out my YouTube Channel (@sedgysminime) .
Once my pups are born, I periodically add pictures to their own individual photo albums so that new and potential new owners can watch them grow and develop
Please feel free to have a look through some of my previous puppy viewing videos and pictures, https://www.amazon.co.uk/
My Pups are sold as Companion Pets only, and are not for Showing or Breeding purposes, although I am sure would take first prize in any puppy contest they were entered into🐶(and some have! 🥰) and some are fabulous on Agility courses too. Some of my pups have also previously gone on to become PAT Therapy dogs as they have such fabulous temperaments, for which I am very proud. One of my little dogs, Heidi, a Biewer Terrier was the Holyrood Dog of the Year 2024 organised by the Kennel Club and The Dogs Trust ️🎗️🍾🥰😁.
If you wish to breed from your puppy at a later date, EVEN IF JUST FOR ONE LITTER!!! please advise me of this intention in your Puppy Application Form so that we can discuss this in more detail, Honesty is the best policy!!!
My Priority is Health & Temperament for the Perfect Family Pet
I am a Professional, Qualified & Licensed Dog Breeder with over 25 years experience. I live dogs, I breathe dogs, I love dogs. I jump through hoops to ensure my annual dog breeding establishment licence is passed with flying colours each year, I have to undergo a rigorous annual inspection which I always ensure is undertaken above and beyond what is expected of a dog breeder, I don't just want to fly through by the seat of my pants, I want to be the best, I am proud of being a Dog Breeder, I want the Animal Welfare Inspectors to see this and be over the moon with my Breeding Establishment and procedures etc... I take the welfare and ethical breeding of my dogs very seriously, and, for my sins, I am also HMRC Registered and I pay my taxes! (only 20% of all dog breeders in the UK can say any of this)..
I specialise in breeding for pups that will be hypo-allergenic and therefore suitable for people who have allergies to dogs. I am inflicted with animal allergies and I know how frustrating it is, and also know that there is not a great deal of choice and variety when looking for a hypo-allergenic puppy, nor is there a great deal of sympathy, assistance or experienced dog breeders to help the allergy sufferer. I have been working with pedigree and mixed breeds for many years now which are suitable for allergy sufferers and I look to help fill that gap! even my mixed breeds are from parents who have undergone thorough DNA testing to ensure that their offspring are not going to develop any nasty health issues, and by studying my DNA results it means that I can partner the parents for the best compatibility in terms of health, conformation, breeding co-efficiency, aswell as coat types, size and temperaments etc.
My Kennel Affix is "SedgysMiniMe", and my Breeding Licence Reference is 001673 "With All My Heart" via the Dumfries and Galloway Council.
I have also been a Licensed Microchip Implanter for many years and all of my pups are microchipped by me before they leave.
Please complete my Puppy Application Form if you are interested in offering one of my pups their new forever home, or if you would like to be considered for my Waiting List for a future pup.
I look forward to hearing from you
Jan 😊

ABOUT THE BIECHI
The BieChi has a huge appetite for life, they love everybody and everything they set eyes on, life is one big bundle of fun and love, they tend to love all dogs that they meet, big or small, all people, big or small, other pets etc... they are just happy to be alive, they make fabulous companions and love snuggles. A BieChi may not grow any more than 2.5kg, they are a very small dog. The BieChi pup with mainly Biewer Terrier genetics will require regular grooming at the grooming parlour, as their coat is a single coat and grows constantly throughout their life, this is exactly the same as the true Biewer Terrier. They generally need to go for a clip at least once every 5-6 weeks. The good thing is that they do not moult like a Chihuahua, so less hairs to hoover up... If the pup has 50/50, or more chihuahua genetics in them than Biewer, they do have an undercoat and also longer hairs that do grow through also, although these longer hairs are slow growing so they don't require the same number of trips to the groomer, if at all.
I breed the Chihuahua with the Biewer Terrier because I have been breeding the true Biewer Terrier for the past 10+ years now and the new borns are just so delicate and weak that many do not make it through the first week or two. It is a heartbreaking task breeding true Biewer Terriers, once they are past the danger time, they are fabulous pups, but the first couple of weeks at least can be so stressful and heartbreaking. Putting the chihuahua through them creates a more robust pup, they are much stronger and sturdy and far less delicate and less likely to "fade" within those first few critical days and weeks. They are just as beautiful as the true Biewer, same sizes and weights. The main colour of the Biewer terrier is tricolour (mainly white with black patches and tan points), this can also come through in the BieChi. I also own (bred myself) black Biewer Terriers, which are stunning, and this can also come through in the BieChi. My chihuahua stud is brindle parti (mainly white with small brindle patches), so his colouring can also come through in the BieChi. The Biechi are very intelligent, as are both the Biewer Terrier and the Chihuahua. They learn quickly, but some can be a little stubborn and can develop selective hearing if they are too busy playing. They love to learn tricks aswell. They are very loving, great with all ages, fantastic companions, brilliant PAT therapy dogs, and have a huge zest for life. The Biewer terrier is very energetic, full of zing, loves everything and everybody, is very exciteable, and always on the go. The Chihuahua is slightly more reserved, can be a little shy or timid, not quite so good around strangers unless socialised well in depth, so put together the Biewer Terrier and the Chihuahua "The Biechi", is a good combination, they compliment each other fabulously, they are not quite as highly energetic as the Biewer, but not quite as retiring as the Chihuahua, they are a "happy medium". Some Biechi can have a coat identical to the Biewer which requires regular grooming and clipping, some have a coat which looks just like the Biewer Terrier but also has an undercoat like the Chihuahua, and have a coat which is is more wiry and grows more slowly, it has an undercoat which remains smooth and short, but then also has wiry feathers growing through which grow very slowly, so this type may well moult but does not need as much upkeep as the true Biewer Terrier. Some BieChi have a 50/50 coat, so they have an undercoat like the Chihuahua, but a top coat which grows, but thankfully does grow slowly and rarely needs a clip.
