Tiny BieChi Waiting List CLOSED
I currently have no plans to breed for BieChi pups in 2026. If this should change I will update here.

Seasons are not predictable, sometimes they can be a few weeks earlier or later than expected, which affects the expected timing of when my girls are bred and when their pups are born, and therefore, when the pups are ready to leave me Timings mentioned above are purely a guide of when my next litters are expected and are not guaranteed.

My pups are only sold for homes located within the UK.
I have Pups living with their new owners as far North as the Shetlands to as far South as Jersey, and in between from Lands End to John O'Groats and Sunrise to Sunset. My pups are solid and robust enough to cope with long journeys home with their new owners throughout the UK.

My Waiting List has Priority. Only remaining pups from a litter, after my Waiting List has chosen, will be listed here on my website for sale.

Please complete my Puppy Application Form if you would like to be considered for my 2026 Waiting Lists so that I can learn all about you and the homelife that you are offering to one of my pups. Once on my Waiting List I will automatically keep you informed of news of impending breeding, scanning results, births, progress, availability etc etc etc.

My Miniature Schnauzer litters could include typical schnauzer colours such as Pepper Salt, Black & Silver, Solid Black, Black Abstract, White and hopefully one or two parti pups (mainly white with coloured patches) plus I will also be breeding for my rarer chocolate brown (known as Liver in the Schnauzer world) colours such as Solid Liver, Liver & Tan, Liver Pepper and Parti Liver. Colours cannot be guaranteed.

Mini Schnauzers are Intelligent, clean, loving, loyal, fabulous companions for a single person or families. They are also considered to be hypoallergenic, although I do know some people can be irritated by the slightly harsher, wirey coat of the pepper/salt. My schnauzers include my imported USA/EU breeding lines who have a much softer, thicker coat than typical UK bred schnauzers so my pups from those breeding lines are even more suitable for allergy sufferers with their softer coats. My Liver breeding dogs also carry the smaller "toy" lines from the USA, so some of my pups are smaller "toy" sized (ie. UK bred Min Schnauzers average 7-9kg whereas my "toy" Min Schnauzers average 5-6kg)

My Toy Schnoodles (Miniature Schnauzer x Toy Poodle) and F1b Toy Schnoodles (Toy Schnoodle x Miniature Schnauzer) could be a variety of colours from white through to black, with cream, parti, tricolour, sable, fawn, red etc in between. Colours cannot be guaranteed. Toy Schnoodles are Loyal and Empathetic, perfect little therapy dogs, especially good with children who may have confidence issues and need a special pal. And, they have perfect non-shedding coats for allergy sufferers to boot.

I do not breed Merle in any of my dogs. I see Merle as a fatal gene, dangerous if bred by the wrong hands. I am proud to say that none of my dogs, in any breed, carries Merle (all dogs DNA Tested clear).

2025 was yet another successful year for my Boozers and there was not a single allergy symptom to them at all from any visitors/new owners, even from severe allergy sufferers, which I am delighted about. People are even starting to recognise them in the street as Boozers, which is fabulous, I am so proud of them. I breed for blacks and chocolates including tricolours, tans, brindle. They are fabulous little companions, very loving and loyal and friendly. I had a couple of Boozer pups during the past couple of years go off to their new homes with a view to learning agility, who are showing great promise. Although a small breed, they are robust and solid and it is a fabulous way to help them run off their Biewer energy, they have a huge zest for life.

I bred a litter of BieChiPoo pups for the first time in 2025. I had planned to breed my black Toy Poodle Willow to Gin, my Biewer Terrier stud, for a litter of Biewdles, but decided to try her with Nugget, my red brindle BieChi boy. She had 2 x stunning pups, the boy, Demetrius (now called Smudge) is black parti, and his sister Dione (now called Tilly) is black tricolour, with the most beautiful tan eyebrows. They have stayed small, I guess they will be no bigger than 4kg when adult, possibly Tilly will be less. They have a fabulous thick (hypoallergenic) coat, with curls and waves, a face that looks like a chihuahua, with a long toy poodle snout and Emi has long floppy poodle ears whilst Smudge's ears are shorter and more like the Biewer Terrier. They are both a lot of fun, and although small, are quite robust. they will be good for young families or the retired. Their parents' genetics and health results compliment each other very much and both their coats are hypoallergenic so I have 2 lovely, small, hypo-allergenic pups with rich, wavy, glossy coats, a very happy disposition and full of love, excitement (and a good old pinch of mischief!) to snuggle on your laps. I would like to repeat this pairing at some point, but in the first instance my Toy Poodle girls will be bred for further Biewdle pups during 2026, with the first litter due to be bred from February all being well.

Expected 2026 Price Guide:-

It is not possible to give exact Puppy prices in advance of a litter being born. • My Pups receive their DHP core puppy vaccination for which you will receive the pup's Vaccination Card signed by my Vet
  • I DO NOT administer the Lepto vaccine (either 2 or 4) and do not recommend it for small breed dogs/puppies as they have a higher risk of adverse reactions to the vaccine
  • My Pups receive a Health Check from my Vet prior to leaving me. If ever an issue comes to light, no matter how small, I will always make new owners/potential new owners aware. I believe that honesty is the best policy
  • My Pups are Microchipped and registered to me as their breeder prior to leaving me, as they should be by LAW, for which I provide ownership transfer documentation and instructions on how to transfer the puppy into your name
  • My Pups are Insured for the first month in their new home for which I provide the Policy Documentation in your Puppy Pack

  • My Pups are all bred from parents who have both been DNA tested for over 200+ Health Predispositions, Genetic traits and Diversity markers as well as for Breed Specific conditions. My Miniature Schnauzers are also DNA health tested Clear or are hereditary clear (bred from 2 DNA clear parents) for MAC (a Priority Health test requirement of the Kennel Club) aswell as Myotonia Congenita, Type B1 PRA, CMT, Spondylocostal Dysotosis, PMDS, Neuroaxonal dystrophy, Thrombopathia 3, Bleeding disorder P2RY12 def., Cystinuria, type I - A - 1, Hyperuricemia (HUU) and CMR1. My Toy Poodles are also DNA tested "Clear" for PRA-Prcd & vWD Type 1 which are breed specific health issues of the Toy Poodle. Even my mixed breed litters are bred from parents who have undergone thorough DNA testing to ensure that their offspring are not going to develop any nasty health issues. By studying my DNA results it means that I can partner the parents for the best compatibility in terms of health, conformation, breeding co-efficiency, aswell as coat types, size and temperaments etc.
  • My Pups are bred from parents who have both also been DNA colour tested. This is so that I can breed for specific colours and patterns in my pups if required (colours are not guaranteed, I cannot actually breed specific colours to order, but by knowing which colour genetics each of my dogs carry, pairing them with the most compatible partner will increase the probability of certain colours/patterns in my pups), but also it allows me to protect future generations from breeding colour markers together that can be dangerous if bred together (ie. breeding parti x parti can result in blind or deaf pups, merle x merle can produce fatal genes etc.). I am very proud to say that NONE of my dogs are merle or carry the Merle genetics. Knowing in advance which colours and patterns my dogs carry, as well as other health and trait markers that can go on to affect future generations with regards size, conformation, colour, pattern and type of coat (for hypoallergenic qualities) etc. I can be confident that I responsibly partner my dogs to ensure that no progeny will be afflicted with fatal or incompatible genetics.
  • Breeding dogs, whether for pedigree or mixed breed litters, is not just a case of putting 2 dogs together, there is much more to it than that. Breeding should be moderated, licensed and undertaken with care, responsibility, 24/7 commitment and reassurances. I personally ensure that all of my pairings are bred together responsibly and ethically to provide the most robust, resilient and healthy pups that I can produce, along with fabulous temperaments.
  • The only test that I cannot undertake is the BVA eye test, which checks for cataracts, due to the distance to the nearest BVA eye Vet panellist from me being a 6 hour round trip, as I am unable to drive that distance due to health issues, and would also not wish for any of my pups to have to endure a 6 hour round trip to a vet at such a young age. If you choose to have your pup BVA eye tested with a BVA registered eye panellist within 7 days of collection and the results are not clear/unaffected I will provide a full refund of the pup. I have never had any eye issues with any of my Min Schnauzers in all the years that I have kept them. My foundation Miniature Schnauzers were all BVA eye tested prior to breeding, when I was younger and able to travel, and all had clear test results.
  • Each of my Mini Schnauzer pups leave me with DWKC Registration documentation which includes a transfer of ownership document and Pedigree Certificate. nb. DWKC (Dog world Kennel Club) is not the Kennel Club, my pups are not KC Registered. The Dog World Kennel Club (DWKC) is an organisation that registers rarer breed colours and patterns. My pups are sold as companion pets only and not for breeding or showing. My original foundation Miniature Schnauzers from UK breeding lines were all pedigree dogs and registered with the UK Kennel Club and also with DWKC. My imported Liver Miniature Schnauzers, also pure pedigree dogs, and my own bred pups kept back for breeding from these imported lines, are registered with the DWKC only. I have all of their pedigree history going back to their EU and US origins where their parents and grandparents where registered with their respective country's' Kennel Clubs, including the American Kennel Club. My Miniature Schnauzer litters are registered with the DWKC and not the UK Kennel Club as they are being sold as companion pets only and not for breeding or show purposes.

Despite all of the testing that I do, I obviously cannot guarantee that a pup will never go on to develop some illness or life debilitating issue, if only we had crystal balls, but I do my darndest to start out with healthy parents and compatible breeding partners to ensure that my pups are going to be as healthy as they possibly can be. If ever I do have any issues with a pup, no matter how small, I will always be totally transparent and honest and will make new owners/potential new owners aware of the issues so that they can make an informed decision on whether or not to proceed with the purchase, or decide if they prefer to choose a different pup or receive their payment back etc. Depending on what the problem is, I will also tend to it myself prior to the pup leaving me (ie. although rare to come across issues, life is life and sometimes things do happen, so, if a puppy were to develop a hernia, for example, I would have this surgically repaired by my vet, at my expense, before the pup leaves me (and will keep the pup until they are fully recovered)  and will also reduce the cost of the pup to reflect this, most "breeders" would just plead ignorant and not tell you about it at all,  so that you then have to deal with it yourself when your vet discovers it, or some "breeders" do not even know what a hernia is πŸ™„ so would miss it anyway (or would ignore the fact that their vet has found it) again, leaving you to deal with the surgery yourself.

I am located in the South West of Scotland within the very beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.

  • I DO NOT arrange "meet ups" in service station car parks
  • I fully expect my new puppy owners to collect their pup from me in person from my home so that I can meet you face to face in person and so that you can see your pup in the environment that they have been born and raised in, and you can meet your new pup alongside their mother and siblings.
  • Puppies are viewed alongside their mother
  • I NEVER request money until I have an actual, physical, live puppy available for you.
  • I do not charge a fee for you to be added to my waiting list
  • You are requested to complete my Puppy Application Form to be considered for my Waiting List so that I can learn more about you, even if you are purely contemplating the possibility of a puppy at this time as  it makes it much easier for me to advise you if I have some knowledge of your circumstances. Please do not be offended if I ask more questions in response to your completed form. I like to know about the homelife that you are offering to one of my pups, I want to feel your excitement at the thought of having a puppy in your life, I want to be sure that I am placing my pups into the most suitable homes where their introduction has been well thought about in advance, and where they will be cared for with love, compassion, patience and commitment. I do not want my pups to be purely a last minute consideration "Oh, lets get a puppy, won't that be fun, "it" will keep the kids quiet, lets see if we can find one from somewhere, anywhere, right now, today!" in the same momentum as "oh, I really fancy a ham sandwich, just poppin' out to Tescos, see you later'' kind of thought. So please do include some detail into your application form, do not treat the form as a very quick tick/tick/yes/no/blank/blah blah/oh can't be bovvered..... kind of response as I will not favour, or respond to applications of this ilk (If you have actually read to this far down the page, I would assume that you are actually a genuine dog lover who is looking for a healthy, ethically bred, perfect puppy from a responsible, Licensed Breeder , in which case, you probably will take great delight in providing me with lots of information and background detail and pictures too, which is fabulous..).
  • I do not accept/take/ask for pre-deposits to give somebody a higher position on my waiting list.
  • My purchase prices are not open to offers (higher or lower)
  • I will not accept or consider higher offers for my pups if they are already being considered/reserved by another person, I would not dream of haggling or gazumping. These are real live puppies not cars. In fact, offering me more money to potentially gazump another owner will disgust me. If somebody tries to offer me more for a pup that they want which is no longer available, I will not look on them favourably at all for any of my pups. What I do is about finding the right home for my pups, not the right price.
  • Only once I have an actual, live puppy available for you will I then request a deposit to secure your pup
  • Once you have picked, or are happy with the pup being offered to you, I will require a deposit of £300 to secure them until they are collected.
  • You will have the option to receive a full refund of your deposit, or this can be transferred to another pup (if there is one available) or your deposit can be saved for a future pup if anything should happen to your reserved puppy at my end before they leave me that would prevent you from being able to complete the purchase (eg. If the pup should fall ill, die or be diagnosed with a health issue which impacts on his/her life etc.). If you come along to a puppy viewing in person at weeks of age and find that you are allergic to the pup that you have pre-reserved, you will receive a refund. In all other circumstances a deposit is non-refundable.

You can watch videos of many of my previous pups if you check out my YouTube Channel (@sedgysminime) .

Once my pups are born, I periodically add pictures to their own individual photo albums so that new and potential new owners can watch them grow and develop

Please feel free to have a look through some of my previous puppy viewing videos and pictures, https://www.amazon.co.uk/photos/share/gVjnyhADO2WoVBL6KkfINXYybNyh79jDTLcFkxwE0O7 I am sure you will agree that the mums, pups and new owners are all enjoying themselves very much.

My Pups are sold as Companion Pets only, and are not for Showing or Breeding purposes, although I am sure would take first prize in any puppy contest they were entered into🐢(and some have! πŸ₯°) and some are fabulous on Agility ‍courses too. Some of my pups have also previously gone on to become PAT Therapy dogs as they have such fabulous temperaments, for which I am very proud. One of my little dogs, Heidi, a Biewer Terrier was the Holyrood Dog of the Year 2024 organised by the Kennel Club and The Dogs Trust οΈπŸŽ—οΈπŸΎπŸ₯°πŸ˜.

If you wish to breed from your puppy at a later date, EVEN IF JUST FOR ONE LITTER!!! please advise me of this intention in your Puppy Application Form so that we can discuss this in more detail, Honesty is the best policy!!!

My Priority is Health & Temperament for the Perfect Family Pet
I am a Professional, Qualified & Licensed Dog Breeder with over 25 years experience. I live dogs, I breathe dogs, I love dogs. I jump through hoops to ensure my annual dog breeding establishment licence is passed with flying colours each year, I have to undergo a rigorous annual inspection which I always ensure is undertaken above and beyond what is expected of a dog breeder, I don't just want to fly through by the seat of my pants, I want to be the best, I am proud of being a Dog Breeder, I want the Animal Welfare Inspectors to see this and be over the moon with my Breeding Establishment and procedures etc...  I take the welfare and ethical breeding of my dogs very seriously, and, for my sins, I am also HMRC Registered and I pay my taxes! (only 20% of all dog breeders in the UK can hold their heads up high and say any of this)..

I specialise in breeding for pups that will be hypo-allergenic and therefore suitable for people who have allergies to dogs. I am inflicted with animal allergies and I know how frustrating it is, and also know that there is not a great deal of choice and variety when looking for a hypo-allergenic puppy, nor is there a great deal of sympathy, assistance or experienced dog breeders to help the allergy sufferer. I have been working with pedigree and mixed breeds for many years now which are suitable for allergy sufferers and I look to help fill that gap.

My Kennel Affix is "SedgysMiniMe", and my Breeding Licence Reference is 001673 "With All My Heart" via the Dumfries and Galloway Council.

I have also been a Licensed Microchip Implanter for many years and all of my pups are microchipped by me before they leave.

Please complete my Puppy Application Form if you are interested in offering one of my pups their new forever home, or if you would like to be considered for my Waiting List for a future pup.

I look forward to hearing from you

Jan 😊
